Group Therapy
It can be easier to go through something with the support of others than to try and do it alone. Group Therapy, led by one of our Counsellors, provides a supportive therapeutic space to allow people facing similar difficulties make connections and support each other. The shared experiences of the groups can help lessen the feelings of isolation and loneliness, and allow participants to hear and learn from each others perspectives and experiences. Together, everyone develops new insights into their issues and new way to cope.
