Reiki Workshop
What is Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of complementary therapy that promotes healing through stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki practitioners aim to restore a persons energy and encourage balance and flow, which in turn encourages healing within the individual.

What happens in the workshop
This workshop, run by Reiki master Julie Bakalis, starts you on your own Reiki journey. Covering the first level of Reiki training, you will learn the basics techniques so that you may perform them on yourself, triggering your innate power to heal yourself. During and after the completion of this workshop, you will experience deep inner changes and personal transformation.
Completing this workshop can allow you to progress to the second level of Reiki training, if you so chose.
