Mental Health Ranger aka Walks in Nature (WIN) Programs

Our Mental Health Ranger program (known as Walks in Nature) is the next generation in treatment. Originally designed in Scotland and found to be more effective than anti-depressants for mild to moderate depression, our program goes even further. We go beyond just a walk in nature with a discussion of plants and animals. We also include evidence-based techniques of mindfulness, meditation and therapeutic arts. We go even further to add social elements and have pinnic and (for the more active) some frisbee.

Our Walks in Nature (WIN) program runs in multiple formats to cater to the meet the needs of:
